I like the tone of the ridden better, but that surely is subjective. If it's possible take both instruments to a bigger hall and listen to them from far away. If the instrument sounds nice (and loud) at a close distance but nobody can hear you 10 meters away that's not good. I had such an instrument...
😄Thank-you for your comment. As the maker i can assure you that my violins project very very well. Im sure Richard would help you in that regard.. Richard currently has a Guarneri and a limited edition Stradivari built by me ~ both similar that you can recognize them as mine but slightly different ~ in looks and response
