There is no capital preservation on the principal amount the investor has invested. Charging 6% on both the returns and the principal invested is not fair to the investor. They should only get their commission from the returns achieved Only, but not from both the principal and returns. 30 years of being in the field is not a strong point that the fund is good.
The devil is in the details. The OAK special fund charges 6% annual management fee on assets under management. An individual who invests 1million will have 1.2 million at the end of the year, assuming the fund hits the target of 20% return. 6% of 1.2 million is Shs 72,000. This gives a net return of 12.8%p.a. Is it possible for an investor to get 12.8% return else where????
@@RICHARDSEKITOLEKO Oh yes you can can you. The bonds have been giving better returns and they have a lower risk level, but can you wholly achieve your objective from them.
First, I'm an investor in faida Oak special fund.. Next, their AUM is around "800 million and not 8billion". The 20% management fees is net... i.e., if you invest a million with them, your return will be two hundred thousand, and that means they already took their 6%, and whoever invested with them since February this year, a million ksh.. they took a whopping two seventy thousand ksh as ROI. I dont regret it. I've not been paid to advertise for them, but I'm a happy investor, and i can't wait for what 2025 has to offer 😊
@@wealthwise247explain to Richard what 20% net means, it's as though he doesn't understand the difference between gross and net. Oak is just superb so far.
