As per the equation of total head : Pd - Ps, You explain that in NPSHr calculation, they are reducing suction pressure , So as per equatio, if Ps will be less to Total head will increase ? How will it drop ?

It can be provided. In fact for more critical pump where frequently strainer cleaning required there is pressure tapping in suction line.

Both are correct. There are two type of friction factor. Darcy and fanning. One is 4 times of other.
