YCP సృష్టించిన విధ్వంసం నుంచి రాష్ట్రం తిరిగి కోలుకునేందుకు.. ఈ బడ్జెట్ ఊతమిస్తోందన్నారు. అమరావతికి 15వేల కోట్లు ఇచ్చి... రాజధాని పునర్నిర్మాణానికి సాయం ప్రకటించినందుకు...కేంద్రానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర, ప్రకాశం, రాయలసీమ జిల్లాలకు ప్రత్యేక ప్యాకేజీపై హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
