That’s fantastic. Thanks for letting me know. What colour did you do. I’d love to see it. There’s a link to my Facebook group in the description below the video if you’d like to share a photo there with the Carroway Crochet Community . I totally understand if you’re not into Facebook. Just a suggestion. 😊.
this is so beautiful!! I am hoping to make it, slightly modified as i think the teapot I got is taller, for a friends Christmas present, She loves tea so got her a teapot and going to crochet this and get some tea to go with it. super excited to try it out. If it looks like this it would be so cute. thanks for the tutorial :)
I'm enjoying your cozy with the handspun yarn. I'm working on a cozy to fit my 2 cup pottery teapot and none fits it yet. The inspiration is a pumpkin shape with bumps, so maybe your approach will work for me. I want to be able to remove the lid for filling without removing the cozy. Thank you for this one. Blessings 🧶
Thank you. This particular cozy has to be removed to fill up the pot. But you are not the first person looking for a pattern where you can take off the lid without removing the cozy. Maybe I’ll try a new design to make one that meets your needs. 😊
Sorry if this is said somewhere in the video, but what size pot is it shown on? I've been looking everywhere for a pattern that will work for my grandmas 24 oz ❤
100 - 110 yards (91 - 101 m) should do it but I made it with handspun and didn't have accurate weights and yardage for it. The maximnu would be 190 yards for sure. I hope this helps.
Thank you for the tutorial, I used a slightly thicker wool yarn so I had to modify my stitch count but it still turned out lovely

Hi Jackie. I’m glad you like it. It’s so easy to adapt and make a little longer for your friend.

Do you know about how many yards this project is? I have a few smaller balls of yarn and I want to make sure I have enough yarn for this cozy.
