    What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro technique is a productivity time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980's. It breaks work into focused sessions, typically a 25/5 interval i.e. - 25 minutes work and 5 minutes break. It helps to reduce interruptions to your flow. This video includes a Pomodoro timer in text and a bell alarm that you can follow. Feel free to repeat if you want to work longer than 50 minutes
