At what distance do you offset the the line at 10:36, because I can't figure it out.

+Nick Couffer There is no need to apply any offset distance at that point. Apply the dimensions as displayed afterward, the sketch will be fully constrain automatically. Do not forget to download the drawing sheet associated with the video the details are mentioned in the video description. While creating parts we have to provide same dimensions that are mentioned in the drawing sheet.

I don't understand how you got 12.5 for the bottom part at 15:28.

In the video we added this dimension according to our wish.
In the event that you find a missing dimension or two in the drawing sheet related to any similar video ,please accept our apologies in advance. You can add the dimension yourself or you can consider this an opportunity to exercise
“designer’s choice” and provide a dimension according to your liking, as there are no right or wrong
answers for these practice files.
