Desculpa a pergunta, mas como deixa o jogo todo cagado assim? Encaixando mal o cartucho ou fazendo outra coisa?

depende de onde você quer bugar, o processo é diferente
eu faço esses bugs no PC, o programa que eu uso foi feito especificamente pra bugar o jogo de forma aleatória (to usando emulador e ROM), mas, pra conseguir resultados parecidos num video-game de vdd a melhor forma é encaixar o cartucho de forma errada, o problema de fazer isso num console de vdd eh que ele pode acabar danificando, principalmente se ele for antigo
