Grats🎉❤ I’m an addict here ✋🏼 😂 I have this tank lol I was gonna upgrade to my usual 40 breeder but I’m probably not. This is a great lil tank. I guess you can just ask yourself how would you like the tank to run then add inhabitants and upgrades accordingly. Mine is on no water change😂..it’s crazy but it is what it is. Just take your time and build it with all the micro flora for a habitat to thrive. Mines been running for a while so that’s why no water change. I don’t think this can be done on a new unestablished tank. I really thought I was gonna upgrade and grip about it for the entire beginning venture of this 13.5 Evo that I shoulda just got my 40 and do what I want instead I gotta fit in this aio stupidity 😂 ..I’m just so use to my 40 breeder size and my awesome mechanics filtration that I’m set in rofl. So don’t feel bad you got a smaller side of nano. It can totally work if you take your time and build it right. I have no sump either 😂it’s on an open iron metal frame stand with a clean sleek look. Nicee! I will definitely check out drews lagoon! What light are you running on your fluval evo? Yea I think im just going to take my time I already know what corals I want im just going to add slow and build
I have this tank, great beginner tank with so many upgrades! I’ve ran the tank on both AI prime (brought it second hand and it eventually gave up on me) so now have the Nicrew HyperReef 50w light and brought the remote control that you can purchase separately, all through Amazon. I’d give that a look into, it’s so much cheaper than AI prime but an amazing budget light! I wasn’t expecting much from it but it’s really good and has grown all my corals perfectly. The remote allows you to customise your light, change the intensity of the colours and pick what schedules you want etc definitely worth the extra purchase of the remote and works amazingly for this tank 🙂
