Hi, I checked the TC01 and I really didn't notice any pronounced slop, there might be a little but it's not noticeable, very little in fact, and most likely normal so I can't compare. However, if I were to fix any pronounced slop (I don't have a TT-02), I would suggest a few things (depends on your budget and I know you mentioned the ball joints but: 1) I would get shims of varying thickness and use them where necessary. 2) Look at hop up parts like Tamiya TT-02 Carbon or FRP parts and even other brands (Yeah Racing and GPM Racing has aluminum suspension and steering parts that replace the plastic ones). There are also some aluminum balls from Square. 3) Or maybe check this video out, someone modified the front area by adding ball joints and rod ends. Might be quick fix if you have parts. Good luck! th-cam.com/video/fcXkm0uhvRc/w-d-xo.html

Thanks, Rickey Powell! And thank you for watching.
It remind me of old tamiya 4wd, you only got the parts but no motor, but bigger in size, parts and price, good job there!

Do you have any good advice on taking out some of the slop in the ball joints of the very similar TT-02 front suspension arms?
