It is the responsibility of the Governor to govern the entire municipalities. Bamban Tarlac was raided in 2023 . Does this Governor knows whats going in her province? She must know that there is criminalities happening in Tarlac and she has a control to see and investigate pertaining scandals, issues etc. She has full staff to help her out. Would she be more observant next time. Meet all the mayors and know their credentials and responsibilities.

First of all the comelec should be abolish. Just look at the Bamban Tarlac mayor who turn out to be Chinese nationals. Second change the system. The Philippines already have the most liberal law when it comes to foreign investment. There is no need for constitution change. The problem is the bureaucracy which is the system of administration marked by officialism, red tape, and proliferation. Then the most important part is to ban politicians who have committed plundering from running AGAIN in the seat of government position.
