Are Guggenhein Scissors Really Better than Generic Carbon Steel Scissors???

Today on Cool Tools I'm having a little "Cut Off" of sorts! I was intrigued by the Black Carbon Steel Guggenhein Scissors that I've seen all over social media... So I decided to take advantage of the 6 hour - 50% off - Sale they are having... (The sale seems to be ongoing past the 6 hours :)))) I was going to review them for you here by themselves.
