Unlike a lot of people here, I have to say that this animation is very well done, and it was really cool. I loved how you managed to keep the shots and even the vocals lined up. You clearly put a lot of work into it, and I thought it was fantastic!

Bro this feels like a fever dream when realizing what you do now
This is actually quite well done.
Advice for improvement.
1. Try to get better lighting to convey a shot, Good cinematography requires good lighting.
2. Get a character model that can actually portray emotion, Facial expressions often speak louder than words.
3. Your Animation needs polish. For example at 0:06 the walk cycle looks very mediocre and could use some follow through, Squash and stretch and Overlapping Motion.

1. As far as lighting goes, it's one of the main things I want to improve, but it gets fairly complicated the farther you get into it. I managed to get a good 'dust in the air' look for the sniper scene, but the other scenes lighting was glitchy, so I went for a default ambient source. This is definitely near the top of my list for things to work on though.
2. As far as models go, I am pretty bad at making them. I'm working to improve by making more, but it might be a while before I get a new and improved player model.
3. As for the walking cycle, that's a mix of the model I use, and just me. I made that scene back in November, and since I've improved since then, the newer scenes look more polished. I should have redone it but didn't. As well the model rig looks very awkward when moving up or down stairs/blocks, so this was the best I could make it look while keeping it similar to the original (which has him running down much more stairs than mine)
Again, thanks for the feedback as it helps me improve!
Advice: Don't turn tf2 into MineCrap.

GGolden Gaming I don't have an exact time measurement sadly as I didn't really document it. But like the description say, I started on Nov 8, 2014, and finished Jan 17, 2015. If I had to guess, it must've taken between 50-100 hours.
