Three weeks in surf heaven Batukaras. A small village with a magnificent pointbreak. On sunrise patrol surfing every day, breakfast duty and sunset safari. I had an amazing time there and I'll sure be back someday.

Hey Nora awesome vid on Batukaras…I’m looking at going there in August obviously for surfing….I see you were leaving on a motorbike..nice! So I’m looking at hiring a scooter from Bandung then making my way down to Batukaras…I read it takes 2.5 hours by car so I’m thinking maybe a little bit quicker on a bike. Can you give many some advice on distances, places to stay and board hire…longboard preferably. Cheers Stef
