They were in Amsterdam, so probably what happened was that Jimin's dad asked someone from the staff or one of the members to buy the flowers (and probably sent them the money and the message). I imagine the bouquet was bought in Amsterdam from a flower shop there, so that's why the message was in English. Usually the flower shop writes the message & most likey they can't write korean. It would have been very difficult to send the flowers straight from Korea.
