One of the best videos I’ve seen on Port Antonio. How many people do you think identified you as not from Jamaica even before you spoke, just by the way you moved and by the way you were dressed? Jamaicans can identify other Jamaicans. Have a great day! Thanks Alan 😊

You should eat the jerk without the ketchup. Traditional jerk is not served with any sauce. The flavour is in the meat.

So Jamaica needs development and the great UWI doesn't have interns going around helping locals improve their business processes. This Boston Jerk center given it reputation should be an iconic location with modern facilities and employing tones of people.

There are many developments taking place across Jamaica, not everything can be done at the same time, but the developments taking place now are the most we have ever seen going on at the same time. It's also not the responsibility of UWI students to help people improve their business processes, they themselves need to reach out to the different entities if they need that help. Boston jerk center is already an iconic location, and it is that quaintness that adds to it's appeal. Not everything needs to be gentrified for it to be appealing, in fact, the opposite is true in a lot of instances. Maybe they could do with a little more amenities and a little facelift, but to turn it into something that takes away from the charm is a bad idea. As for employing tons of people, the demand has to be there and as it stands at the moment that demand for it to be bigger is not there.
