I know what you mean. When I first tried JetEngine and watched the tutorials, I found a lot of knowledge was assumed and that various things covered simply didn't work for me. I just abandoned it until recently when I thought I would give it another chance. I'm glad I did, but still feel like the documentation leaves a fair bit to be desired, especially with more advanced topics. I don't claim to be well versed in how to use it, but find more uses for it moving forward and this helps broaden the knowledge 😀👍
Excellent Paul!! This is a more economic bundle of plugins for a dynamic website (like Real Estate, Tourism, Hotels), than let's say FacetWP, Dynamic Content, (correct me if I'm wrong here). Thanksk again and keep up all this GREAT work you do for us..!!!
It's worth considering Andy. I've found that I've started implementing it into more commercial projects as opposed to buying it for a particular project and then having to learn how to use it (if that makes sense?)

I've tried severally to filter data created with ACF and CPT UI but I've never been successful and am thus still stuck with Toolset Views which is not as robust as Jet Engine for creating individual listings. Nonetheless, thank you for this video. At least now I know it can be stretched in woocommerce properly. 👌🏽

I'm hoping to find someone that knows some css to help make this happen? Also, any chance you can do a tutorial using the new Booking Forms addon. One example I'm interested in is: say you've created a event listing and want to use the Booking Form to allow users on the front end to create additional events. I haven't had a chance to play with the Booking Form yet.

I know there's Facet WP in that universe also, but because of its price I would give Jet filter a try. The support told me In combination with ACF it could get problems using checkboxes. Any issues known here so far?
It should be noted that these filters won't work if you are using Ele Custom Skins and the Posts widget and then outputting products, well not that I have found a way to get it to work yet. They are great filters though if you use Crocblock or other product grids it works with.

Hi everyone, how are you today? I need to filter a cars catalogue and I'm experiencing this issue: I have brands and models and I'd need the two filter to "work together". When "Fiat" is selected from the brand filter, the other filter should only show the models under Fiat. This is a semplified example, we are actually using 5 filters that should all work together. I just installed the plugin at my shop and checked out on my Elementor product archive page. I did dicover, you can´t use the filter to filter sizes. The filter is showing all sizes anyway if these sizes are on stock or not. That makes not really sence for the customer. It´s also bad for Elementor product archive sites as long as you can´t use a good filter for your products. Hopefully Elementor or third party will release such a good filter in near future. Or has somebody a solution for this case? Btw, thanks for the good videos Paul!

I am creating a site that has property listings so JetSmartFilters may not work so well...do you know any search plugin or solution at all whereby visitors can search by location, number of bedrooms, and price? WGM 247 Hey i am working on a similar website atm and as far as i found out Toolset Will work Best because of their range of functions. Custom posts, custom fields and Search function with filters based on those with custom taxanomies.

I also have crocoblock lifetime and was hopeful with their jetsmartfilters etc but they replied back to me today and said it's not possible at the moment with any of their plugins but that should change soon... So looks like the only solution for now is toolset I guess :)

Hello Paul, I'm really enjoying this series and it's been quite helpful. I am currently using another plugin for filtering which is a bit more advanced. It does have some integration with Elementor which is nice. The other reason I chose it is because it has a filter which is a drop down menu that allows you to do multiple selections without the need of holding down the control button to do so. If you have the time, can you please have a look at it? It's called FacetWP and here is the link facetwp.com/. Thanks again for your tutorials.
I bought it and it doesn't work completely. The headline of this video is broad .. like in WordPress and name of the plugin says for elementor .. Great... plugin might work around woocomerce but you should rewrite your headline honestly.. cuz its misleading .. noobs in Wordpress think they can filter anything in elementor AT LEAST basics as posts .. or some custom advanced data ... but it doesn't work.

I don't think so. I've not seen any options to do this as the information is loaded by AJAX and so there's no page refresh to change the title.
