Virtual Bike Ride 30 Mins - Burn Fat To Music & Beach Views On Australia's Gold Coast

Welcome to a virtual 30 minute cycling workout alongside the beach at Australia's Gold Coast. Today's ride begins with a 2 minute warm up followed by mid-pace and also max speed stages, then finally a 3 minute cool down to take in the views.
Be sure to turn up the sound for some cool beats to help motivate you during the session. This video was filmed on a Gopro 8 and the bike is a Specialized Epic XC race-spec bike, perfect for the Gold Coast's extensive pathways and the odd off-road bits. Now that you mention it, yes... the gov began running ads for penalties for not wearing a helmet on scooters. This must have sparked a few more peeps into throwing on a skullcap on their bikes ;)

@@ILoveWalksRides Ok🙂 I personally find traffic safety important, especially to not loose our loved ones. But to cycle without a helmet on a from cars separated bikeway with a pedal cycle is not really dangerous in my opinion.
Sure, when the government decided to mandate helmets and prescripted fines for people who dont want to wear one and the mejority of the folks support it, then your must wear one or try dont be catched by the cops😬🤠
In my opinion a bit overreacted. They could change the law to the point that it remains still compulsory to wear a helmet for adults but without a financial fine. Like in finland or south korea😀
