Based on weightings from PoEDB I counted 1in116 to get quant on sucessful corruption implicit, multiply that times 4 for the vaal orb outcomes and you get 1in464 chance to succeed, just make sure next attempt is that many and you'll finally get it I'm sure! 1in228 if taking the temple approach.

imagine levelling another alt, you put on some random mageblood you dont even plan on using, some random dood spawns , drops hh, leaves.
it sounds good during start/mid league, but at the end of it, either mb or hh are pretty much worthless like any other items

You need ilvl 84 for quant and he said all but 17 of the belts could get quant.
It’s 84 or higher, all of those in the past were that, and all of these this video -17 of them were also.
