FYI, the train IS closed and you guys are riding across private property. Just wanted you to know. Not to mention that road is dangerous now.

Timewise how long did it take you to reach the train from the general store?

It takes roughly 1 1/2 hours to get there.

​@@justincarico9842 from the General Store take p1, g2 and g7. G7 takes you out of Windrock, the trail turns into a unmarked NC trail that goes down to the train.

@@ChrisHerrell12 from the video, it said P1, G1, G4, G7 and then NC-G7....never been myself, so I'm not sure.

why come here just to say this?
nobody is here to watch highway driving on youtube. no interest in seeing that, and no interest in doing that...
the highway is not windrock.. the highway is lame, the scenery sucks, and the highway is way more dangerous than the trails.
please stick to the highway if you prefer and leave the fun to the rest of us...personally i would have taken the harder trails and avoided the highway and even the easy trails too
