Opponents to wetland conservation wanna predicate determinations on water persistence, connections to a river system, or a perennial drainage-ridiculous! They wanna drain what’s left of the seasonal wetlands that are surrounded by uplands-i.e.-waterfowl habitat, and critical wildlife habitat.
