A LOT OF DISTANCE AND MOVEMENTS from start to finish....man would i love to do a little industrial engineering and work flow process improvements in this place
I enjoyed seeing the tour of Dan's Whetstones in Arkansas, both the factory and the raw stones/cut stones. Thanks for taking us along. It also gave me some insight into my Viking Spark. 😃
None directly on our channel yet, but here are some from some other channels: th-cam.com/video/jGlWPU56BAs/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/DQn-DiWXKS8/w-d-xo.html
I've made several trips to Percy , Dan , Steven and Kim , Sterling , Mary , Dans wife are all good people . Been thru their shops many times , funny thing , I asked Mary a year ago about them making a Viking pendant whetstone . I have all the grades and in many sizes , good choice with the hard . My favorite stone ( all dans ) are in this order , first my first grade 10x3x1 translucent . Second my first grade 10x3x1 hard , Third my blue blacks 10x3x1 and my lapped blue black 8x2x1/2 . I've learned about from dans sons . Great people and I got to check this out , personally , great idea .
"Cut the fruitflies' head without killing it."... Really? I'm gonna need the link for that. Seriously. I google it. Never seen it. Back up your story, please.

Dan’s Hard Black Arkansas is the “black stuff.” It’s just as good as the Translucent Hard Arkansas which makes for amazing straight razor edges.
I had no idea how much went into this and how much hands on. great product from great people. you're all awesome
