I looked really hard at this bike. Went back and rode it three times. Min the end I thought it was a bit high priced. Beautiful bike though and I loved the feel
Oh, I like this one! Finally, a steel frame that resembles my current Fuji Absolute (2012 make), which is made of aluminum. It has served me well, but it might need to be replaced soon ...
black arm / silver ring is so much sicker looking than the silver arm / black ring everyone else does (including me - i have a silver arm / black ring setup and it looks so stupid)
I see you were able to route the rear brake cable housing on the inside of the chainstay. Because of the orientation of the actuation arm, a lot of builds go to the outside of the stays. did you have to do anything to achieve that more attractive routing?
lovely bike. One question, why did you opt for a full cable run instead of having cable stops close to the headtube and a routing guide at the BB (and a cable stop at the chainstay resp.)?
Having full housing makes for less friction which means smoother and more reliable shifting. It also protects the cables from getting dirt and grime in there and makes your bike easier to work on, so all around more functional and maintenance-free
I bet it rides as good as it looks! Every detail is super (or something) ;)

I love mine!

ASM(Skla)R. Cool bike!
Shifters and rear derailleur kind of look more like Rival1 than Force?

@@michaelhotten752 thanks! Yes I designed the frame that way
😢 I want to build one up sooooooo badly.
Hm ... a flat bar for the city and for country lanes ... would that still be rideable?
I don't like drop bars.
@@TheShavedleggs I commute on one with flat bars !
@@sklarbikes really? Thank you!

That's one super bike or something.
Do you have any recommendations for the best fenders on a Supersomething?
@@jdfromdc my favorites are honjo’s from SimWorks or Rene Herse !
Can you replicate this exact build in a 58? If so, what does this build cost? Thanks!
Of course! This build comes in just under $7,000
Beautiful bike, beautiful video, but lousy audio. Can barely hear you, have to turn my volume almost all the way up on my iPad.
Thanks for the feedback! I am new to videoing
It is, how did you know??? Hope it’s a 58…
56! But we have 58's in stock :)
