- These Burmese-style spring rolls are low in fat and calories served along side a signature sweet and spicy chili sauce.
You can mix and match veggies and meat as you like for filling which will be warmly nestled into the wrapper.
Ingredients 📝
▪️Spring Roll wrappers
▪️Minced Pork 150 g
▪️Ginger 3 slices
▪️Garlic 1 cloves
▪️Shredded Cabbage 1 cup
▪️thinly sliced Carrot 1 cup
▪️Spring Onion
▪️2 eggs
▪️Light Soy sauce 1 tsp
▪️Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
▪️Salt / Sugar/ White pepper
For Chili Sauce
▪️Sriracha Chili sauce 3 tbsp
▪️Palm Sugar 1 tbsp
▪️Tamarind Juice 1/3 cup
▪️pinch of Salt
