Correction: It takes about 3 minutes to be ready for use, from cold. You can use the iron on almost any material, from cotton to silk. Please comment for your feedback.

I’ve just bought this particular model from Amazon (& also a normal Steam Iron Tefal Ultimate pure Steam Iron) so not sure which one to keep, Thanks for the good review. Assalamualeikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, It happened I over used my control button too and had it spoiled too, now it produces steam non-stop. Pls how do I get the link to buy it perhaps from Alibaba since I stay in Nigeria?
It's normal because of the high pressure of steam that it produce for easing removal of crease. Use eco function when ironing light clothes perhaps. But it sure that you'll continue to have similar experience if you are ironing quite plenty clothes.

I'm a Nigerian and it's hard to come across stuffs like this around here. I bought the iron itself as a second hand item brought from abroad and had it fixed since it was the boiler that had issue at first

Yes, without burning it.
Do you use tap water, or distilled water in your iron
Normal clean water, simple.
But if you can afford it then distilled water is good of course. It would avoid building up lime scale etc…
Would have been better if you would have used a wrinkled cloth
Mine isn't steaming nd not also getting heat up quick anymore
I have been able to fix this problem of not steaming, not it's the steaming valve that got spoiled 😊
Is not your iron suppose to steam continuously ? Or it steams only when trigger is pressed ? Please help
