Is it a problem? I personaly don't smoke but I don't care about this on pictures. What I hate is when people stick to their phone while walking on the street or anywhere. Or those who hold a plastic coffee cup that they throw away after drinking! 😝 But cigarettes on the street are indeed very unelegant too.😢
