Tonight’s video is specifically for those suffering with or often has any type of headache. Whether that be stress related, tension, migraine, or pain in general - this video is for you! I will be using a manipulation technique used in certain types of hypnosis to help remove - or at least reduce, your headache. Using gentle sounds and light whispering.. just enough for the brain to process it as misunderstood - the brain will focus strictly on trying to make sense of what audio or visual I’m making, taking you away from your headache pain. After so long, I will return to normal sounds and speaking, and hopefully in the amount of time I do this, your headache will have gone away, or reduced in size/pain.

I've come to this vid multiple time while suffering one of my chronic migraines cause it typically helps me breathe and fall asleep. But I noticed that there's only 60 comments I was suprised. Tons of likes on each but barely any people. I think I've figured it out that the amount of people coming here might be suffering head pain like I am that they're to focused on how much they hurt and wanting it gone they don't have the energy to type out a comment and typically when most of us wake from an asmr video we dont comment!.

I suffered with chronic migraines for years now. They get so bad to where my hands and feet go numb and i get tunnel vision. Coming back to these videos (when my pain isnt crippling) is a good relief

Love your videos, and dark ones like this have me more in awe than ever at your makeup skills. I always end up looking like a raccoon who wanted butterfly face paint when I go for tri color shading like that, and the sleek eye liner, all scribbles, hands tend to shake only when I want to do my eye liner.
