Hal yang membedakan The Voice dengan ajang pencarian bakat lainnya adalah proses audisi dimana juri tidak melihat siapa peserta yang bernyanyi, penilainnya hanya berdasarkan kemampuan bernyanyinya. Felix` voice is in my opinion the best male voice in the world today. I really mean that. His rich and deep voice is so special, so soothing to my ears. I am shocked these judges didnt catch up with that straight away. But glad at least one did turn in the end.

Worst judges ever! They didn't appreciate Irwan at the first part of the song, he's been doing great from the very first part, but no judge realized it. Irwan has a great, whole, and wondeful voice. He is unique.

well for people that don't have an ear like them or you can called perfect pitch, you won't notice that some of the notes were missed and the tempo also, i knew that because i also had perfect pitch, but do not mistaken i'm a fan of him, his voice is so unique but can't denied the fact that he missed notes and tempo in this video and thats why the 4 judges said it like this, you're voice is so unique but we still tryna know how we could developed you, and as judges we can't let our ego consume us, and the one who flip called judika he wants to take the challange to train him, and the judges let judika the one who gonna developed him cuz felix more suitable to judika if you compare to the others. and thats why felix commented in this video said that they are not wrong for not flip cuz without them that trained him at that time he won't be as succesful as now

Kalau saya perhatikan maksud dari para juri ini sebenarnya felix terlalu hebat untuk masuk the voice makanya mereka tolak, "untuk kepentingan kontestan" "belum sesuai dengan visi tim saya". Mereka bisa nebak kalau felix bisa besar tanpa the voice. Mungkin saat itu juga sudah cukup sukses dibanding kontestan lain (sering nyanyi di hotel dll). Terbukti felix sekarang sudah lebih besar daripada the voice bahkan.
