It’s not unusual to see things on the news about things a step dad or a single mother’s boyfriend either abuse or kill his wife’s or girlfriend’s child here in America. Very seldom you’ll hear anything about a step mom. I think it’s because single dad’s are more protective of their children. One of our sons is a single dad and he is very protective of his children and anyone he dates know he don’t play when it comes to his children period!
