In Mike's part Female dancer was probably the one who saw him (she was the only one drugg/d from that game and she was also scared of him)

Mike is 100% a perfect candidate to be a hunter because if you know him well, based off the information from his deductions, birthday letters, even the descriptions in his accessories you'll come to find that Mike is a very self-centered person, and is quick to provoke jealousy with. Hullaballoo is a place where he can put on a performance for others, and a delusion for himself, that he is part of a well-bonded family, with him as the glue. Even though he cares about everyone in the circus dearly, it's from a shallow place of wanting everyone together and "happy" , and not for the concerns of each individual. Because the truth is far from his personal reality, things begin to crumble very quickly. With Natalie and Murro fleeing the circus, and Joker's suspicious behaviors the truth of the dysfunction within Hullaballoo is something Mike could not come to terms with. The cherry on top being the eventual massacre, Mike ends up developing a wrathful vengeance that we can only best see through the lens of him becoming a hunter. Because it's not the massacre, or the fire, that drives him to this point, but the literal destruction of *his* paradise.
