NICE !!...just bought a 5 drawer Harbor Freight box a few months ago and added their 7 drawer side box last week...have my old Craftsman cabinet on the other side which I painted to match the blue toolbox....hung a 27 inch monitor on the inside of the lid for my Pico...lid closes when done...sweet...will do a video soon !!
Thanks Wyatt, organization is key to efficiency, so much more efficient with this set up, i love it and using the Pico so much more than the Verus Scope just because set up is nothing
One Thought, Suggestion Maybe. A Shelf on the Side To Get Your PC out of the hole when your Using it. I Have a Shelf on my Matco Cart. Just a Thought. Nice set up. I've been think of Building a Diagnoses cart box Also. I want Mine Taller
Relay liking that diagnostic cart , always thinking about the future of automotive diagnostics and hoping i don't miss anything but the flat screen in the future will make things a whole lot easier . It may be a good idea to add a second flat screen for automotive information systems right at the vehicle needing something of the web tsb's , wire schematics , test procedures and when in the future who knows you might won't to add a 5 gas analyzer and your smoke machine . Don't forget the smokeless ashtrays , espresso and call answering machine just kidding . Please let us know if your efficiency has gone up more all so . Thanks for the videos and please keep up the great work and have a good day .
Great video thanks brother. I like the set up. I think we all know that everything is subject to change that's part of the job. Keep up the great work see you in the next video thanks again brother
If you ever want more T-pins for cheaper than the truck or parts store, try a hobby shop or a fabric shop like JoAnns. A lot cheaper at those places. I know they are not to expensive as it is. But when I priced them out a few years ago at a parts store they were something around $10 for a about 15 in a bag. Went to the local hobby shop and they had a bag of 50 for about $5.
Flat Rate Master office max got them. I stopped buying t pins once i bought a scope, i like the dedicated backprobes from aeswave. But i don't think I'll ever throw away my t pins. 👍
Aww the shop life ,nice All my stuff rides in my service truck beats the crap out of my stuff and every now and then i dont latch the door right ,make a turn and tools go flying The life of a mobile tech ENVY GUY thats all i can say
Love the color of it. However I don’t think I will ever own that much diagnostic stuff I do diagnostic sometimes I just hate it because it’s boring as crap.
I mostly do diag work no real change to my job, adding the pico, I wanted it ready to go, instead of have to turn on a laptop, and pulling it out of the box etc, so I added the cart for that reason
Hey buddy I was watching some of your older vedios today and seen you have the mountain long ratcheting wrenches flex head . Was looking on Amazon at them wondering what you think Thanks
What kind of laptop have you got to go with the pico and do you like it? I'm about to buy the pico and I wanted to make sure I upgrade my laptop at the same time.
Ruggedized laptops are cool I hate having to feel like I'm holding a delicate instrument that will break or malfunction if I sneezed... that's counter to my ergonomic philosophy but the fukkrs are expensive, that's cool though I found a DIY way
Loving that Blue and Black Cornwell Cart. Nice set up brother. Cheers!
U got a pico too?

Bulb for testing the O2 sensor.
Toyota o2 sensor heater load tester, pretty smart and simple. Here I have back probing and jumpering with a head light
Great cart setup. Always loved tool brand diversity. Thanks for the tour Mike.
Always like your toebox tours from the small to the big one
I really like that Cornwell box. I'm not a big fan of Cornwell but I really like that box.
Nice! Did not quite catch the terminal file brand or part number. Thanks!
very similar to how ive got my diag cart setup. No touch screen monitor yet but hopefully soon. Really love the channel keep up the great work.
Ahh the fruit of your labor. Nice setup Mike. I'm itchin for a pico, and I mean ITCHIN!
Super Mario Diagnostics same Mario. I’m selfish yes I have the vantage ultra but damn it I want a pico scope!
I started out with one of those cornwell roll carts and i loved it only difference was it was black
I like the organization Mike. Everything in order and consolidated.
Thanks Wyatt, organization is key to efficiency, so much more efficient with this set up, i love it and using the Pico so much more than the Verus Scope just because set up is nothing
Nice set up. I like the terminal files too. Use them all the time.
Really liking the diagnostic cart. Looking forward to the finished product.
Perfect just what I needed. Now I know which drawer to borrow your stuff.
Not if I get there first!
+wyattoneable too late. ;-)
A good ticket and your mind set on the job
Thanks for the cart tour Mike - well stocked cart.
Sweet video, I just got my Epiq cart today I'm currently setting up 👌 So stoked

My plan is to add a touch screen mounted to the lid

Great video thanks brother. I like the set up. I think we all know that everything is subject to change that's part of the job. Keep up the great work see you in the next video thanks again brother
Very Nice!! And I like the cart. I just got the 100% same one in every way..

Flat Rate Master I would like to see more cornwell tools in your videos...!

T-pins = dangerous !!
Nice setup Mike! Guess that bulb is for testing the O2 heater circuit.
Yep, Honda Accord rear 02 to be exact
Aww the shop life ,nice

The life of a mobile tech
ENVY GUY thats all i can say
You have all that relay testing equipment. Have you considered getting a u activate tool? They work awesome.
I have, just haven't pulled the trigger yet
i think thats to check the oxygen sensor fluid continuity ^^
Good tour FRM, why the Cornwell cart? You have mostly Matco and Snap-on tools.
it had a built in power strip, he had it on the truck and he gave me a deal on it
In your opinion what would be a better option to get the snap on verus or the picco if you could only have 1? I’m a tech at a gmc/caddy dealer.
If you are still in a spending mood how about a video on the autel scope mp408.
🤣🤣🤣
Love the color of it. However I don’t think I will ever own that much diagnostic stuff I do diagnostic sometimes I just hate it because it’s boring as crap.
O2 Sensor Tester...for heater circuit diag (presumably)?
Joshua C. Thats what the connector looks like
Can you recommend an inexpensive scanner with bi-directional control for the DIY'er?
Not gonna find anything with bi directional controls cheap.
Killer box setup!! Has your job changed to more diagnostic than repair?
I mostly do diag work no real change to my job, adding the pico, I wanted it ready to go, instead of have to turn on a laptop, and pulling it out of the box etc, so I added the cart for that reason
Nice set up.. do find it better that way doing your testing?
Much more efficient
Hey buddy I was watching some of your older vedios today and seen you have the mountain long ratcheting wrenches flex head . Was looking on Amazon at them wondering what you think
Thanks
Love them i use them everyday
Kaizen foam for the inserts check it out
o2 heater circuit load stay good if that hurricane comes your way
You must have more tools than all the techs in your shop put together
Nice setup !!
Thanks Norman
That test light looked like a o2 sensor heater circuit tester maybee for toyota
honda accord
@@flatratemaster I guess I was close lol I knew it was one of the two
Testing o2 heater circuits
I didn't know you had a # cornwell tool box.
Load tester?
O2 Heater tester for a rear 02 on a honda accord
O2 sensor tester looks like?
But what kind of car😉
What kind of laptop have you got to go with the pico and do you like it? I'm about to buy the pico and I wanted to make sure I upgrade my laptop at the same time.
Asus 2 in 1 14 inch screen, I like it bought it at best buy
@@flatratemaster thanks for the reply I'll look into it it.
Can you show how the o2 test bulb works?
you plug it in place of the rear o2 honda accord btw, and turn the ignition on, if it lights your heater circuit is ok. nothing special
Where is the pole you chain this cart to? 😳💸💸
Do you still have this cart since building “the wall?”
Yes
If I worked for you guyz.
You got all your diagnostic tools in my tool box.
is that an O2 heater bulb set up?
Yep
02 sensor heater circuit tester
Everyone beat me, but O2 tester. How you like the Autel tpms tool?
I like it, do not use it much anymore though
@@flatratemaster ok thanks...can do some sensors but not all...just looking for a more compatible one that does more vehicles
o2 heater circuit tester
O2 sensor circuit tester?
I would to see so hands on at flat
Ruggedized laptops are cool I hate having to feel like I'm holding a delicate instrument that will break or malfunction if I sneezed... that's counter to my ergonomic philosophy but the fukkrs are expensive, that's cool though I found a DIY way
I can buy 3 - 4 of these laptops before i get to the cost of a new toughbook, so if i break it, oh well just get another one
Thank you good video
Nice... so jealous! =)
😁
You should get out of the rain!
I'd guess you light that bulb up over your head every time you figure out what's wrong with a car, very meta of you.
😉
