- We had such a great time at the Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort in Punta Cana! Everything was a 10/10 from the food, people, weather & amenities. We will definitely be back in the future!

Do you have to take a golf cart to get around or is it walkable - from hotel room to beach or restaurants, etc.
It’s all walkable but kinda depends on which building you’re in. Our was located right beside the main plaza area so we only took the golf cart to the beach and the water park. If you don’t have small children though everything is still walking distance
Nice video a few questions for you. How long is the ride from the airport and did your transportation have a car seat for your little one. Was the beach area nice clear blue ish? Did you go to the kids camp? I read from 12-2 adults can enter with kids. Is there an outdoor playground with slides etc? Lastly, did you go to the all white party on Friday? Thanks so much.
Thanks! The ride from the airport was about 30 minutes, if you book with a company, they give you a little tour and tell you about the country and stuff so it makes the time go by fast. The beach was full of seaweed to be honest so we didn’t even get to go in, I think we dipped out feet in but that was it. We didn’t go to the kids camp or all white party as we left on a Friday. Your family will love it 😊

Did you like the food? I was there in June and I thought the food was not so good. One of the worse I’ve had in any resort
Hey Christine! My family and I actually enjoyed the food. My husband liked the omelette bar they had, and I myself enjoyed the authentic Dominican food. The Italian restaurant was also pretty good, we loved the salmon! That sucks you didn’t enjoy it I know food is a dealbreaker for me too. I went to a resort in riviera maya and hated the food it made me not want to go back to Mexico lol!

Did you not like the food at nick?
I really didn’t. Everything was over salty and over cooked. Some food looked old at the buffet( we also saw cockroaches at the buffet) other things were good at nick. Like water park, rooms and facilities.
I also went to riviera Mexico in April and the food was great.
Nice video! What room category was this? Punta cana resorts are known for having shuttles to take you around. Is everything within walking distance here or did they also have shuttles? Lastly what transport company did you use?
Thanks! I’m not sure, my husband booked it. I know he did say he paid to upgrade the room though. We didn’t have the swim up room as seen in the video, we were in a corner room on the top floor of that helps. Our building was conveniently located next to the restaurants thankfully haha but they did have little mini golf cart shuttles. We used those to get to the beach as well as the water park, but lots of people did just walk. Best Punta Cana Tours was the service we used! Hope that helps 😊

Hi. I am planning a trip there for my daughters birthday in July.. Did you book on the website ?. Or, a service like Travelocity or Expedia ?. I think I will get a travel agent because I have no clue what to do !. As far as flying, and everything else. I have never been on a plane before. Glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. Hi we are just about to go so I’m just doing some research about the hotel and found your video I’m just curious why I didn’t see any of the Nickelodeon characters around 😊
Great question! So they have a “character breakfast” where you can pay to have breakfast with them, but we figured our son was too young to care about them too much. We did see the ninja turtles once at the water park but it was ending so we didn’t get to meet them up close. They have a nightly show as well it the auditorium thing but because our son is only 1 it was too late for us to go watch it. I think if your kids are older it will be great! We definitely all enjoyed ourselves 💕
