Witt Pitt BBQ

To the moist, smokey brisket; tender, chewy ribs; light smoked turkey breast that wasn't dry; and some great potato salad, buttered potatoes, baked beans, and green beans. The Witt Pitt has great Texas barbecue at a reasonable price in Rosenberg. Good Texas barbecue doesn't need sauce, but this sauce is good and compliments the barbecue. It is on the sweet side for me though. They offer banana pudding, peach cobbler, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. You also get a serving of Texas hospitality.
