May 2018> thank you, Mr. Eastwood, for all those actions movies you made to keep us admires entertained. Each time you pulled that trigger we applaud you as if we were behind the gun too. Bruce @ 81 years and counting.
What about pale rider? When he gives the naughty boys a whippin with the axe handle .. and Clint's comment "Nothing like a good piece of hickory" Classic !!!
Clint Eastwood , one of the baddest movie gunman that ever happened upon a movie screen. Along with Gary Cooper, John Wayne , Charles Bronson , and so many others. Movies are great entertainment.
They missed the best line/badass moment from The Unforgiven. "You just shot an unarmed man!" "Well he shoulda armed himself if was gonna decorate his saloon with MY friend."
And the no-liner. He kept trying to hit the bottles set out with his pistol, kept missing. Sooo, he went back inside and brought out the old Fox-Double shotgun and used both barrels on them. And that was that.
Out of all the badass ass kickers that I like such as: Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Kurt Russell, Lee Van Cleef, Charles Bronson, Yul Bryner, Steve McQueen, Kevin Costner, Bruce Lee, Eli Wallach, Tom Cruse, Jean Claude Van Damme, Jack Palance, Mel Gibson, Bruce Willis Sean Connery,.......... Clint Eastwood will always be the best ultimate badass in my opinion! No one can be better than him.
In the Dirty Harry scene where he stops the bank robbery and then makes the famous speech about firing six shots or only five... he is shown firing six shots, but if you watch/listen closely, there's a sound of a sixth shot (not shown).
1:31 this scene always made me think: If I was in a western movie, I'd have a fake front of the holster, so that I could unlatch it, (post standoff) and drag my gun forwards through the front of the holster, instead of out and forward. Has anyone ever done that in a movie?
Now THOSE are action movies. None of today's trash comes close. It's all effects. These guys could entertain you with just their talent. Watching this makes me want to see them again. Here I go, bye ! P.S.: I bet that machete going thru the heart and spine really hurt ! My fave line "That's my chopper, Charlie". . . This is my gun, Clyde". And "You wouldn't hit a lady !".
she cut the shit out of clint. he will punch a bitch in the face. Misty, sudden impact, the gauntlet are all movies where he decked crazy bitches. he was not afraid to do it .
4:32 Whenever I am approaching someone I just winged, I am reloading so no concern if "I fired 6 shots or only five." 6:20 Amazing how he put English on thatoo low bullet to curve up and hit Red.
One of the best at being awful. Only movie I've seen to have the police shoot down a house, have Arizona State Police (DPS) machine gun a Constable and then have Phoenix police murder (snipe) one of their own, followed by "The Gauntlet" of officers firing the dreaded M-16s into a bus from opposite sides of the street! They should have had it go into a cul-de-sac so they could form a circular firing squad. Not to mention the idiocy of the "route" to the destination. Why they had to stick a shot of a Mesa Drive sign from the 360 freeway in Mesa as representing the path into downtown Phoenix is baffling at best. Mesa is southeast of Phoenix and the bus was coming from Kingman, northwestern corner of the state. There's so much more to shred, it'd take more time than I'm willing to stay awake for. This isn't really related to the movie, other than they used a train car to showcase Sondra's tits. The last time I was on I-40 between Kingman and Flagstaff, I happened to be in exactly the right place and time to see two trains reach and pass each other at a point near the highway. Even though there was no danger, seeing the two engines on a "collision course" was just a bit thrilling. While I knew it wasn't an actually dangerous situation, the old clips of train crashes still come to mind. I'm also of the opinion that everything coinciding for me was a once in a lifetime occurrence.
they made better bullets back then...I mean, every shot nullified an opponent (unless the script writers had a second shot planned). Unlike today, when the hero can get shot 25-30 times, and still scale walls, defuse bombs and get 100 shots out of a 10-bullet magazine.
Well I see in the comments that the title of this video should have been something like ' Eastwood's cinema asskicking ' or something like that But in my opinion the title is perfect because Eastwood's asskicking is the best , so it puts more emphasis Well done😉😉
OK, so Clint picks up the revolver from the ground, puts ONE cartridge in the cylinder, and gives it a spin. A SPIN??? He has no idea which chamber it landed on.
Brilliant, I love all cowboys the original true grit among my favorites but when it comes to cool Cl'ints got it, the other guy of course is Steve McQueen
I think one thing is certain..... Clint Eastwood is most likely in the best gun fight scenes of all time. Just pick one of many. I like the one with him saying his mule gets the crazy idea you're laughing at him before he drops four guys. Clint created that scene himself and the director loved it.
There is always one more you can think of and say you should have used this one. In my case it would be from the Outlaw Jose Wales, The scene in the trading post. LOL my friend and I used to practice that move NOT EASY!
What really makes all these Eastwood clips even more amazing? Clint was born left-handed. Truth.
His bullet never misses his target, even when his gun is not pointing at his target.
Love these movies. Classics that if you made them today you’d be called all types of names. Long live every single Clint Eastwood movie!
The best part of the Dirty Harry scene is that he is still chewing the hot dog during the shootout. Clint needs his lunch.
If Dirty Harry taught me anything it's that feeling lucky and being lucky are two entirely different things.
Lmao

Clint Eastwood films is like Led Zeppelin songs. They will never die!!

Nothing like watching Clint hone his conflict resolution skills !
Howdy. I watched him recently being interviewed on Inside the Studio i think. Very talented actor and composer.
Eastwood is the only guy on Earth that could deliver a pre-asskicking speech without his cigarette moving at all.
One of the greatest kickass scenes is the pool scene in the Eiger Sanction
Glad they included the showdown from "Play Misty for Me." An unusual film for CE, but quite a good one.

It made my day
There will never be a actor that will ever come close to Clint Eastwood, he's one of a kind.....
Charles Bronson…
Chuck Norris…
I heard that Clint Eastwood actually won an argument with a woman
Hahahahah, he's won a few mate, well said though Chris.
Her name is Sondra Locke
A Few Dollars More, he decked a senorita by accident.
The Gauntlet - he punched a “lady” off a cattle car.
I heard he goes to feminist rallies and comes back with ironed shirts...
Some of those gun shots sound like Willee Coyote falling to the ground, I love it!

marilyn monroe is more badass than robert de niro
Denzel Washington in Man on Fire was badass
Esteban Guillen ,

Absolute ledgend.
Lady on the train: "You wouldn't hit a girl would you?"
Clint Eastwood: "You obviously didn't watch the beginning of this video."

Clint Eastwood is the proper noun for badassery.
In the Dirty Harry scene where he stops the bank robbery and then makes the famous speech about firing six shots or only five... he is shown firing six shots, but if you watch/listen closely, there's a sound of a sixth shot (not shown).
Great moments indeed.

Eli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef, Jack Elam....they had to be in the cast or it wasn't a real Eastwood western.

Producers today play too much paintball and videogames - and this is the result. During Clint's times they had to deal with real guns and even war.

Damn Clint Eastwood has been in so many gunfights! Lmfao and also I bet there are more closeups of his face/eyes then anyone else in cinema history.
