Question. What’s happens when you have equity on a vehicle. But your still paying for it. For example. I owe 10,000 but the car value is 30,000. Can I still keep it. Or will they make me sell it. ????
Same for a house. If I have 200,000 in equity. But I haven’t pay mortgage payment and kept doing the forgiveness program..for the past two years.. what happen then. Do I have to sell. ?

Can you tell me more why you can’t? Was it denied by the court?

@@nasmx1692 my lawyer told me. My house didn’t have my husband on the deed which we thought he was. So it would of been like us trying to “ hide assets” according to the government
