Great.. seeing Rathna Kumar's interview after Vikram release.. he was involved in Lokesh 's film .. his speech is so clear & he has developed lot of confidence.. Wonderful to see young directors giving first importance to story & screen play writing in the making of a film rather than star value..I see healthy competition among new directors not jealousy.. God bless him in his future projects..
Thought this weekend had no interesting releases, but watching this interview, definitely going for this movie. This guy is smart and his clarity about writing process should be supported. And his efforts into creating a feedback sharing about scripts amongst directors has to be appreciated!
In both of his previous films , There is something which seemed very subtle throughout the movie , and as he speaks its the same in this long interview too . Am I the only one who feels this way ?
Finally writers are getting interviewed and given the credit . People don’t realize there is no movie without these guys . No music , no choreography, but ironically these folks don’t get the recognition compared to any of the above departments
In all his interviews for GuluGulu, I could always get some crazy comparisons or dialogues from @Ratna - - lolling forward to his directorials and #GuluGulu
AADAI film deserves a separate Interview... it is a class act.. Amala Paul a goddess.. I feel like betrayed when people don't recognize the intense making, daring breathtaking scenes including Vairamathu reference... the Lights turning ON one by one and Amala Paul running to Hide from light gave me the Feel of Jurassic Park Kicthen scene involving the Kids and Dinosuars.. and the Music was underrated like Aruvi film.. couldn't see them again!!! u won't get another film like Aadai anytime soon from Tamil.. If u had missed it in theatres u had missed a great taste of Cinema from Tamil starring Amala Paul, written-directed by Rathna Kumar.
