I've heard Steve Porcaro tell this story in other interviews in the past, so to see Steven Ray directly confirm his "auto-reverse" theory, followed by Steve's "aha, you were there with Quincy!" moment of realization in realtime, man what a beautiful thing! It adds so much authenticity and closure to Steve's story.

It's good to know the stories of the songs, I would like to know more about "She's Trouble" please, I love this song, for example, which song took its place on the final album and at what stage of the album was scrapped, also if Is there a final or more finished version than the one released in "Thriller 40".
You are my only hope and the only reliable source to know more about it, I hope you can do an episode about the album outtakes😢🙏.

First of all, thank YOU guys for this wonderful channel to show us the technical parts of Michael's Thriller album.
And to Mr. Porcaro: I will love to here why "Dream Away" and "Chicago 1945" songs were discarded, because the two are beautiful and especially (for me) the key changes of Michael's voice in "Dream Away" are amazing! Hope one day we can hear and buy both songs clearly.
