Double Diaper Wrap | Aerial Hammock | Aerial Sling | with Natalie
In this video I demonstrate a classic diaper wrap and show you a forward Salto exit and a less scary, pigeon exit.
I then demonstrate how to do a double diaper wrap! I have very low ceilings (10 feet tall) so I can do the wrap, but can’t do a double drop or Salto out. I demonstrate 1 forward Salto followed by pigeon. If you have the height, you can do 2 forward saltos to exit the double diaper. Not into drops and saltos??? Then you can do 2 pigeons to Exit the double diaper wrap!
