I had this helicopter & idk but i pressed a button & i couldn't figure it out to save my life but what happened was every time i turned on the Transmitter i noticed that a red light would be on & the blue light to one a flash & so i couldn't get it to spool up again after emailing tech support they couldn't quite figure it out so come to find out is that my Helicopter was in Mode 1 not MODE 2 i fly all my Helicopters in mode 2 idk but i must of accidentally pushed a button to switch it & tryed to fly her & she shot straight up crashed into roof over ledge ricochet and hit a tree & fell to the ground all she wrote & the frustrating part is i just found a video that shows how to set the modes modes 1 & 2 so now they feature a video after i done crashed it 😳😤😤 so ima get another one & another C189 MD500
