I don't know what you mean by "mp" but around 8 equivalent or 1 tier higher/lower. Steelscale swordfish is a cheaper version of this food.

Boots i think go healing boots. I try royal sandal it has more dame but regen to weak

quick question - love the duo build. however what is stopping all the CC? at one point grail + dagger goes on you and i see u pop solider armor and drink res pot when you get stunned like a white flash under you and u keep moving unphased.
during the mace + shadow caller the helm lands on you, and u keep walking.

Reason why is we're both using(in some clips) fort sterling cape. Fort sterling cape neglectes the first cc with that flashy effect and goes on cool down.
