I dehydrated my 4 trays of apples in the Ivation for about 8 hours on 140° and they came out leathery. Did yours come out crispy? Do you put them away leathery? When I use the American Harvest dehydrator they come out crispy.
Mine were not totally crispy. We ate them pretty quickly. I would put them away more crispy if I were going to put them in a mylar bag for longer term.
