      @@jackofalltrades3011 I have their V2 street maf intake on 19' FK8. I absolutely love it. Seems a little louder than the PRL intake also. Judging off my brothers FK8. Regardless, its 100% worth the upgrade. Ive been running with it for several months without tune and the car has been behaving great.

    Please have some proper ducting for the intercooler only wagner tuning has those in consideration in their design. that not only helps with the cooling tremendously it also adds some DF if its done properly especially you guys have front mount MAP oilcooler it will such a badass cohesive design if you guys are able to tie them together with proper ducting. and I will definitely buy them

    Great power, but this car has PRL P700 turbo in it, capable of generating more than 600 HP.
    I was wondering what is the limiting factor to achieve that number?
    You have upgraded fuel system, fuel pump, spark plugs, intake, turbo....
    Is it the engine block that needs to be build to handle more power, or what?

    • @maperformance

      Hello 👋 as far as "good for drone," exhaust drone typically comes from the exhaust itself, depending on which configuration you do there can greatly affect your noise levels at variable speeds.

    Soo u made more power first with the SI? Weird

    • @TheFK8Life
      @TheFK8Life ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It's not weird - it was a fueling issue as the Type R has a Bosch ecu vs the Si/Accord having standard Japanese ECUs that were much easier to crack/tune/fuel
      There are 9sec@145+ Type Rs now - no Si has run 9s but were first to the 10s

    • @erickmarte5294
      @erickmarte5294 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think they did that because the SI is widely more available than the type R, making the SI their first car to modify is an easier way to make money by making parts for the more easily available car. This is all speculation tho.

    • @TheFK8Life
      @TheFK8Life ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Viper_FPV anytime
      My Type R is making 566whp@7600/440wtq@4800 on an oem motor and direct injection only - you will not find an Si on earth close to this
      The direct injection limitations keep most Si builds in the 3xx range - a few have made more in the 4xx range on port injection secondary fuel but most have blown up. MAperformance blew theirs up spraying nitrous on top of boost to get them more power in the 5xx range
      Type R with cams have made 630whp with an oem engine and a pit 720whp on a basic built motor direct injection only - no secondary fuel. Took a while to figure out the ECU but I'm guessing we will see 750whp direct injection only on Hondata by summer
