What is Open Banking?

In Europe, thanks to PSD2 regulations, all banks must provide an API to give users access to their banking data. Developers can build third party apps using the bank APIs to create a seamless connection to a customer's banking data.

any idea what the purpose of the "Accept an end-user agreement via the
API." endpoint at /api/agreements/enduser/{agreement_id}/accept/ ?? Doesn't seem to be much in the way of docs I get a "forbidden" error if I try and call it with an existing end user agreement...
