I reckon uncs was force fed as a kid, like, with beats. He likes to take his time to enjoy eating something he likes, and he gets considerably angry when people 'force' him to eat something he's not hungry for. Plus, it seems like he eats his minimum, it seems that he usually eats small portions or doesn't finish his plate and he say's he doesn't like to put on weight. Maybe one of his parents was of a bigger size, or he keeps his weight certain to have control. Or maybe both. Or maybe I'm just talking out my aaaaaasssss. Maybe all at the same time.
