About the food I can't say anything except that it was so good and complete, and really you had a lot to enjoy. Hello, Pierre! Your American friends are here to help with the pancakes: First, we have never seen store bought liquid pancake mix. You can probably look up a recipe from scratch that would be easy and produce much better pancakes. Second, be sure to put the chocolate chips into the mix before cooking so they become gooey and warm on the inside. Third, real maple syrup is key. It is not easy to find it in Europe, but we are happy to send some fresh out of the trees of Pennsylvania. We would love to send you a gift because you take us on a trip to Malta every Friday - it’s the least we could do to support your work!
