    Norman I don't want the Receive Boost on all the time. only when im trying to pull a faint signal out. is it possible to add a switch on the 12v line to turn it on and off

      Yes, it will be hooked I'm sure to a switch via the "power leads"

    What would you charge for the hole diagram, I gor a tranf. out of a SCP amateur amplifier 4 tube 6KD6

    I've never been that keen on pre-amp circuits for 27MHz, as I've found they just increase the noise floor, without doing much for the receive signal. In other words, they have a poor signal to noise ratio.

      This would depend on the overall circuits used. Some are made to "clean up" un desired noise or static. I'm sure norman can talk of such things cause that's out of my wheel house
