I actually interacted with that guy trying to help him and he’s really thinking Wembys base prizm is going to be more iconic than the 86 fleer. But he also said Prizm is already more iconic than 86 fleer, which is beyond me how someone could think that. 86 fleer as a set is Top 5 all time.

This question is more for the audience. As you know I live in Canada and I have researched because I don’t want to send cards across borders for grading and ksa and mint are not valued like psa. But there’s a grading facility in the maritimes that is psa approved for Canada and they offer the same price and everything is done for example account and paperwork through psa in the USA. Has anyone else in Canada used this company and also if you have how was the experience. As we know how unreliable the USA hubs are for graders. I am just doing my due diligence of researching before I either use them or send across the border. Thanks and SCV, have you heard of anyone who has used the hub in Canada and/or heard anything about their experience with it?

I use psa canada. Never had any issues. I pick my orders up directly from amg Collectables in Halifax. Great guys to deal with.

What's your thoughts on how many cards you should grade in one order? I have submitted over 100 orders to PSA in the past 2 years and I have noticed that I get a worse gem rate when an order has more that 30 cards. So all my orders are under 30 cards now. I will even pay the xtra shipping costs home and do 2 orders if over 30.
Interesting. I think it’s all random regardless, but I could be wrong.
If you need some ideas for content. You could always share sceeen or take pics of your auctions that end and go over each one quickly if you think it was decent sale or not. Another idea is to cover beckett calendar products release and tell us what u like and why. The list is so tiny though for nfl it’s scary. Go pack go. Is it kickoff yet 😅😅😅

The NIL question is interesting. Baseball has standardized in that going back at least to 2009'ish thr Bowmsn Vhrome 1st auto is universally a players best rc. Best means most valuable/most expensive. This is true for basketball and football where the hierarchy is nt, flawless, etc.The base rpa and parallels of the base card. There is a big difference between baseball, football and basketball. Even though a players bowman chrome 1st might come out when a kid is 18 and his true rookie season is 5 years away he is pictured in the major league uniform of the team that drafted, signed or otherwise acquired. Very often prospects stay with the organization that signs them. The nil for football and basketball doesnt foster the standardization that is achievable with baseball.

If im tight for cash and i have like 100 modern ungraded rookie cards on an average worth $25-50 depending on the rookie from this years prizm and like 15-20 PSA 10 NBA Rookies (this class) ready to sell that would go for around $150 per. should i sell ungraded stuff to rack up while offseason pricing is still in effect and wait to sell graded stuff when summer league comes? Sorry that question was stupid long but basically should i sell now or wait til summer league starts and if so, sell graded or ungraded cards?
Sounds about right how you have it laid out. Dont know have the pulse I once did on the NBA market.

I saw that Victor PSA 9s were selling for the same or less that raw. Do you look at PSA 9 &/or 10 values for your card targets? What would be your target increase of the card if you based it on getting a PSA 9? (Raw+grading= x amount of gain in a 9) Keep up the hard work.

I am a beginner with a limited budget of $2,000. I would like to seek your advice on how to allocate my funds when purchasing cards. Should I focus on acquiring a few expensive cards or spread my budget across multiple cards that are approximately $100 each?
Additionally, I am unsure whether to submit all my cards to PSA at once or hold back some money to build another PSA order while waiting for the first submission to be returned.
I would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations you can offer. Thanks

I am hearing the term "Ultra-Modern Cards" more and more now. Since you focus a lot on buying, grading, and selling, how long do you feel a card is classified Ultra Modern, Modern and then whatever? I think these terms help short-term sales but I'm curious about the long term. It seems like cards older than 5 years old seem ancient and less attractive unless they are vintage. Thanks for your videos and any insights.

Yeah I was never a huge Kobe fan for reasons probably similar to yours. Wemby, non serial numbered will not hold value. Too much product. 6 months of expenses in case of emergency, so somewhere between $5k and however big ones life is. Cards will remain niche; values will not hold long term for nearly all of it.

That ebay credit card is a scam. U get 5 points per dollar but when u want to spend it, you convert your points into 60% credit value. Realistic it's more like 2-3% actual cash back credit. And u can't use them on anything u want. Like gold and silver bullion

Evidently common sense isn’t common anymore. You have to pay your nickel and take a chance on stuff. Your way of watching the market and being surgically works. I was shocked the prices my Paul Skenes, Caitlin, Jackson Holliday etc. cards went for. But I put them up when people were chasing them. Didn’t marry them and sold at peak. Sure I had to get them to PSA way back when I was thinking they’re gonna go in value. I’ve gotten better at grading as the last two PSA orders have been 15/20 10’s and 46/60 10’s. Had a PSA order recently where it seemed like the grade depended on what they wanted to charge me for the card. Like if giving the card a 10 would bump it up to the next price bracket, it got a 10. But If a 10 would not allow them to upcharge me more, it got a 9. Not saying it was definitely on purpose but it seemed that way. This ever happen to you?

SCV do you think PSA is going after Kurt's Card care to deflect from their shadiness of giving the Wemby card with 70/30 centering a PSA 10? All of a sudden nobody is talking about the shady Wemby grade and is only focused on card cleaning.

It doesn’t look good for panini having many autos of the new guys from the draft. They released the incoming class cards online they had odunze, McCarthy, Thomas jr, Joe Milton that’s about it. If they had Caleb Jayden etc they would be on there. Topps already released signed Jayden DANIELS and Caleb Williams so they might have signed with them. But we do have hope for rookie autos since Topps is making unlicensed football this year.
Marvin Harrison jr last I heard didn’t sign with the nflpa and there was something like they couldn’t even sell his jerseys without that.
