Thanks for the video! I just purchased this exact rotisserie still in the crate off of craigslist. No instructions whatsoever or name of manufacturer to be found. Through some internet sleuthing, I found that it is a Kernel CR3000. Just google instructions for it and you will find it on the internet. Now I have to put it together and figure out how to attach my 85 Mustang to it!
No problem, i'm glad my video helps. I have a couple other videos on my channel showing my method of attaching my 1971 Datsun 240z (also a uni-body vehicle) to the rotisserie. I used the stock rear bumper mounts in the back and directly bolted the rotisserie to the frame rails in the from. Hey what’s up dude. When it comes to attaching the leveling rod in the upright where do all the washers go are they split up and how far do you tighten the nut thanks alot
Any chase you can publish (publicly or privately) the dimensions of the pieces. I am interested in trying to build my own (retired and disable so no much money to go around!). Thanks great video btw.
This rotisserie is great, it's been perfect for everything i've needed it for and there really isn't much lacking. The mechanism that locks rotation only locks to 30 degree increments, but it's really not much of an issue. I think this is probably the best for the price unless you're looking to use it for a business, then it might be worth it to spend a little bit more on a slightly better one. It worked out great, I was easily able to rotate the car by myself once it was adjusted correctly and it made sandblasting, metal work, primer, paint and undercoating so much easier.
I got it from a company called best buy auto equipment. This is their website www.bestbuyautoequipment.com/ The price after tax and deliver was just under $1000. If you watch my other videos you can see the process I went through to attach my Datsun 240z to it, it was pretty simple. I don't remember seeing a "made in" sticker, but the company that sells it is owned and operated in the United States.

Brian, you've had it for a couple of years. Looking back, would you buy that one or spend the money for an upgraded one?
