3:23 for those who don't know: Their jersey number is a tribute to one of the founding members of Jabbawockeez, Gary Ray Kendell, known as "Gee One." He died of pneumonia the same year the Jabbawockeez auditioned for America's Best Dance Crew and won, back in 2007.
The original complete lineup back in '04 consisted of eight members; now there are only four, and three of them were part of the original lineup. Keep in mind that some of these guys are probably already in their forties and are still moving like this.
Jabbawockeez will always be to me the kings of choreographed dance crews. They are so smooth, unique and endearing to watch. I dont find myself enjoying other dance crews anywhere near as much as these and they still feel fresh 13 odd years later
Aaron Turner I agree, however, there are a few other crews I personally enjoy watching as much as these guys! But, Jabbawockeez are at the top of the list!
This group will always be the best in musicality... their choreography isn't super difficult but no other group can emulate it because of how well they visually show music. It's just how they are lol. I don't know about anyone else but I've seen their live show in Vegas and the atmosphere they bring to the table is unreal when you see them live.
Perfect transitions, musicality, and chemistry. Group chemistry is a big one, you can tell they've been through a lot together by the little added dance moves like the individual who stepped out during "Never going broke". Amazing performance.

I lost my younger brother (my only sibling and my favorite human being ever) very suddenly and unexpectedly in 2018. I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a sibling that was a big part of your life, who you really loved, is a unique type of experience. Not all siblings are close in age, or grow up in the same house, or get along well, or talk regularly. It's devastating losing grandparents and parents, of course, but there's an element of acceptance with their passings because that's life. People who are older than us are going to die one day. I can't say if it's worse to lose a spouse or a sibling or a best friend. I guess it depends on a lot of factors. I just know that siblings are the ones who are supposed to travel through this life alongside us. We share our childhoods, we share our school years, we get jobs, get married, have kids... siblings are there at every stage. That includes getting old one day. You're supposed to still have your siblings in your life when you retire and your hair turns white and grandchildren start being born. It's a lifelong relationship and sure you can have lifelong friends you met in kindergarten and you stay friends your whole lives, but siblings are blood. There's a difference. It's just still so hard to accept that he's not going to be by my side for the next 40 or 50 years. How old was your sister? Were you very close friends? How are you coping with the loss? I hope you are doing as well as can be expected considering the loss you've experienced. 💜
This is by far my favorite performance the JabbaWockeeZ have ever done. BEFORE you criticize them, hear me out: They hit every subtle beat, their performance was as intricate as ever; they went from the new school hip hop, to old school and then paid tribute to Robin Williams with a beautiful piece of breakdancing. (RIP Robin Williams) They touched on various genres of music, added comedy, and were precise and in sync with all of their movements. This is NOT just dancing. This was a beautiful piece of art. I have been a JabbaWockeeZ fan since day one and they've inspired me to dance, but this was a thing of beauty. And I have to say Thank You to the JabbaWockeeZ for inspiring me and the many other to dance. And thank you again, for this amazing piece of art, and bringing music to life.

Do you honestly think some of the best crews will continue to stay being the best if they kept doing the same thing over and over again? The best crews are trendsetters and pioneers and most importantly artists. They continue to change, grow, and create. You won't stay at the top if you're stagnant. I haven’t watched any dance crews in so long than i remembered my favorite crew in existence i need to find out who’s behind the masks i never knew but it seems like everyone is the same they’re always spectacular 🙏🏽 i can’t imagine the work they put in
Ever since they came out from the early 2000's they have been my favorites. Without them you wouldn't have kinjaz or others that want to dance like them.
Many of those crews has been around for a long time and even their fathers before them. They were just never televised or mostly underground as social media wasn't as big back then during those days like it is today. Especially for asian/pacific islander groups growing up in the US back then, many were superb in all 4 elements of Hip Hop not just dancing, but most were not discovered until ABDC came into the scene.
It was interesting to see that despite having a mask, which covers each persons personality, they are still are still able to illustrate different people through music.
i don't know why people keep saying that they're "not as good as they used to be" or people are upset cause they're not seeing tricks every 10 seconds. The Jabbawockeez have never been a stunt crew. They make sound into movement and if you watch they're dances carefully you'll see how good all of it is
The original ones could teach the younger guys and switch out with them. Those blank white masks have made this crew immortal
It's pretty sad when i saw just 4 of 7 guy in this crew

Love how theyve stuck to their style all these years. Still my favourite crew :D
Street Dance Hall of Famers!!
Man I will never get tired of them. Love the Robin Williams speech too.
2024 anyone??
😃
Their moves are so quiet and clean! It's so different I love it!

They could actually never show their faces, eventually switch out with their children, that’s if they haven’t already and we’d never know it
They've only shown the real jabba, but the sideman don't
We already seen their faces 😂
We’ve only seen the faces of the original or main jabba, we don’t see the remaining members faces!! Now that I’m thinking about it 🤔
that way they gonna keep the game forever! dang!
Olabowale Olola We have seen some that were not the original ones.
Jabbawockeez is the definition of art
Jabbawockeez are the kings of dance!
That was incredible. How can someone be so good at something

i don't know why people keep saying that they're "not as good as they used to be" or people are upset cause they're not seeing tricks every 10 seconds. The Jabbawockeez have never been a stunt crew. They make sound into movement and if you watch they're dances carefully you'll see how good all of it is
2023 anyone??
