Mia going from glueing her clothes to saying "If I wanted to I can take it in" or " I can just add fabric at the bottom" so casually makes me feel like a proud mom :') The sewing skills are showing guys!

@@sophiescott999 I get you find it annoying, but you don't have to actually spell that out. You could literally just move on. (Fyi, the ages of young children are often mentioned by month since there's a huge difference between an exactly 1 year old child and a 16 month old. Even though it annoys people, it has a purpose.)
@@sophiescott999 usually you start going by just the year at 2 when the developmental differences aren’t quite as massive.
There’s a huge difference between a 1 year old and a 1 and a half year old, which is 18 months and what her daughter is closer to. 😊

My ideal wardrobe is at the other end of the spectrum, yet my mother says that I want to dress like an old woman. 😂 Such different viewpoints.
These hauls make me realize that our tastes are at the total opposite of the spectrum! You’d probably hate everything I own and I thinks that’s cool because you rocked everything your hauled. I hated almost every piece you showed until you put it own and I had to admit it wasn’t bad every time lol. It is awesome that everyone's tastes are different as the world would be boring otherwise!

Oh Mia, as a Texan it’s my duty to let you know… those are not cowboy boots 😂 They are definitely a branch on the family tree tho..
I was wondering if anyone broke the news to her😂 I’m from Alabama and we wouldn’t call those cowboy boots. Maybe like close to riding boots? Actually I thought they were like go go boots but brown and suede.
I immediately came down to the comments to see if someone said this, because as soon as I saw them I knew they weren't cowboy boots! (And I'm from Illinois! LOL)

Okay, that blanket jacket is so cute! For the pink flower dress that was too short, you could totally wear that with jean shorts that have a sort of fringy/worn hem and then the cowboy boots. Totally a look. The grandma-chic sweaters are so cute on you. I'd never be drawn to them, but they're so very Mia! Lots of cute stuff!

Even though I love Mia, I can't deny that she does tend to stretch the intro. And while some people might enjoy that, some don't. And that's okay. And she should cater to all her audience, which she is trying to do apparently.

Mia's definition of cowboy boots has me laughing!
This was so fun! Here are some care tips for knit/woolen/delicate pieces.
- For anything with wool get wool detergent that contains lanolin. This helps protect your clothes and keeps them in great shape for longer. There are many out there. Eucalan is a good one since you only have to soak it and you don't have to rinse it out.
- Hand wash is always best, but for sturdier/less lace-y pieces you can get away with using the delicate/hand wash cycle on your washing machine.
- If you use a washing machine make sure to bag up your items in laundry bags. Either seperately or together. Don't fill more than halfway full so they have enough room to move around and get clean.
- You only have to wash 100% woolen garments if they are visibly dirty or smell bad. Mostly you can air the clothes out between wears as wool is naturally dirt resistant.
- Make sure to always, always dry your garments flat. Don't hang them on a hanger or clothesline as this will stretch out the fibers when the garments are wet.
- Don't put these clothes on hangers. Fold them away in your closet.
- Use cedar wood balls or lavender sachets to keep the moths away.

One more tip; NEVER EVER EVER put anything with a wool content in the dryer... thanks mum for ruining the only cashmere garment I ever owned...🥺
However, if your dryer has one of those racks that attaches to the front, turn the vented lint filter up so that the air can blow through any garment on the rack...if that makes sense 🥴

I can’t pick a favorite either but that last batch that you showed us was fabulous. I loved the yellow knitted loose swinging one and that last pink sweater. The brown overalls were awesome. You can do a lot with those from working on an outside or inside project to doing something sporty outside in the winter. The super short Target dress maybe just needs some leggings to match with some boots or even sneakers. Loved this episode. Thanks, Mia!

The second dress is perfection!!!! You can always do the shoelace and safety pins hack for the first one if you want a fitted waist sometimes and not all the time

No black turtle neck under the grandma vibe dress. I love it as is! So cute! And the green tie around the waist dress is so casual. You could where that anywhere. And you can also dress a dress down with some cute leather sandals and a little sweater. The denim skirt wear a tucked in blouse. And cutest white shoes ever!

Thank heavens Mia posted a video. Rough day. However now I can just focus on her video and the kidney stone pain kind of subsides. I am allergic to tons of meds so pain meds from the hospital and OTC things like ibuprophen are not tollerated by my body. So its nice to have a bit of Zen uplifting content to zone out too! TY 👍

Dresses, skirts, and skorts are my go-to choices in the summer. Honestly they have become more practical sometimes then a pair of shorts. Also when dresses are short or if I want extra coverage, just throw on a pair of bike shorts. I like the ones with the little lace detail at the bottom and they could be really cute on with that floral target dress!
My favorite ones on you were the grandma dress, the green shirt dress, green romper, green skirt, Tory Burch shoes, denim dress and the last pink sweater. Love thrifted clothing, not only for the environmental factor, but it extends the wearability of these clothes which still has a lot of life left. You know turtlenecks are never far from her mind, even when Mia is trying on summer wear 😂 Love you, Mia ❤
